Benjamin Franklin once said, “By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.” As most employers probably well know by now, there is a myriad of different challenges that have arisen over the past year and a half since the novel coronavirus shut down life as we know it. Many employees have been or are still currently working from home. This presents its own set of legal challenges, in addition to health and wellness concerns. Additionally, vaccinations are becoming more and more frequent and many employers are now considering whether to mandate vaccinations for their workforce (see my separate blog post on this issue).
